Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, you may return it, in re-saleable condition within 21 days from date of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please include a copy of the packing slip along with the reason for the return.

1 - If an error was made in the shipment of your order, please contact NCOA for return instructions.

2 - If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please include a copy of the packing slip along with the reason for the return and whether you would like to exchange i.e. larger or smaller size or would like a credit.

Customers are responsible for the return postage.

We cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part.

Shipping
The Vette Store utilizes real-time calculation of shipping costs based upon weights.

The Vette Store will attempt to process all in-stock orders within 24 - 48 hours (unless stated otherwise) of when the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. For all continental U.S. orders, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

All packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail.  Some packages may be shipped regular ground service by UPS. Ground.

International Orders
All packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service.  Shipping charges are calculated at time of check out.  Please allow ample time for item(s) to reach you, this could take up to six weeks.  Customers are responsible for all shipping, insurance and customs fees and assume responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that do not allow us to insure packages.

Refused Shipments
Shipping and handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
